THE PRESTIGIOUS American travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler put Croatian beaches Nugal in Makarska and Zlatni rat in Bol among 25 most beautiful European beaches, Ina Rodin, the director of the Croatian National Tourism Board USA Office reported.
“The newest post of one of the most prestigious and most widely read travel magazines confirms that Croatia retains its visibility and positive image on the American market. Despite the current situation, due to which we don’t expect many American tourists this year, it’s important to continuously keep the interest and perception of our country as a safe and attractive tourist destination,” says the Croatian National Tourist Board Director Kristjan Stanicic.
In its post, Condé Nast Traveler points out all the benefits of Nugal beach, such as a spectacular view and crystal clear sea, which makes the 40-minute walk to the beach well worth the walk.
They also listed benefits of Zlatni rat beach, which is, besides its striking and unusual shape, ideal for water sports lovers such as windsurfing or stand-up paddleboarding. Besides two Croatian beaches, there are many beaches in Greece, France, Spain, and Italy, among the 25 most beautiful beaches.
